Chappell, Smith & Associates, Inc. was formed originally as a partnership of Buell and Crockett in 1881. In the mid - 1930's, the agency was purchased by another partnership, and in 1972 was incorporated under the name of CTH of Nashville, Inc. Employees, Tom Chappell and Charles Smith, bought the company in November of 1981 and formed Chappell, Smith & Associates, Inc. |

Accessibility
We have two conveniently located offices, one in Franklin, Tennessee, and our sister office in Atlanta, GA. It is our design to be within easy access of our Davidson, Williamson and Rutherford County clients. From our Nashville area location, we are within a few hundred miles of most of our aviation clients.
Size
Since we have grown to be one of the largest independent agencies in Middle Tennessee and we do have clout with the insurance companies we represent. We can do something to make sure your claim is handled promptly and correctly. After all, that's what you pay us to do.

Being an independent agent, we are not locked into placing your insurance with only one company.
